Marsh Environmental undertook a range of pre-application ecological surveys of this RWE-INNOGY 26 turbine wind farm on the Romney Marsh. Marsh Environmental conducted a sequence of specialist wintering and breeding bird surveys during the construction phase and the initial five year operational phase of the wind farm.
Long term monitoring of wintering bird populations continue in conjunction with collision monitoring to inform key stakeholders Natural England and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
